Looks like a interesting movie....

Hmmm..the story is suppose to be about Samual Jackson escorting a prisoner from Honolulu to Los Angeles with stowaway snakes terrorising the plane but i guess the writers didn't do their research, Snakes are Illegal Here and there are NO Snakes like that in Hawaii especially in Oahu

Interesting, I was watching KHON2 news today and they were mentioning the

same thing. Although I don't think its worth mentioning as most people would have never known other wise.:lolsign:

I think anyone who doesn't have a full blown phobia about snakes, or knows anything about how snakes really behave, is going to find those snakes on the plane any more believable than a cartoon..
but the movie cost 'only' about 35 million $ so doesn't have to be a blockbuster to make some money..
there are a couple of real snake stand-ins -- but they're terrible over-actors..

:grin2:

(not certain, but, I think black mambas are the only real snakes that might persue a person..mm, "black mambas on a plane.." ?)

I had a fairly largw snake in a car once. Picked it up in front of the post office so nobody would kill it. It got it's tail under my seat and I thought I might hurt it because of the force it was exerting trying to get out. It's less than half a mile so I let go of it. Where's it going to go?
*I* certainly don't know because I never saw it again Front seat, back seat, heater vents... It was gone.

One of the fellows at work, had a side-winder wrapped around his column shifter when he entered his Wagoneer. He said that it truly gave him a fright! Somehow, it loosed itself from the bag he had it in. . .They're not that large though.

People like RIAA and MPAA cant complain that Pirates are stealing money from the movie industry if they are making movies like this.

16,400,000 hits on Google and this is the 1st thread on CPF. Very interesting.

I find The Descent scarier. Snakes on a plane is more like a disaster movie.

I thought it was funny because of how serious they tried to make it.

I did laugh most of the way through dawn of the dead for refrence.
