Compared to my other SS models I've had this one is very lightweight, however never had the lug style so it is a bit smaller but still feels very light. Threads felt like titanium also not sure, doesn't really matter I like both SS and Ti haha. Threads are smooth now after using Malkoffs lube he sellsDoes it feel heavy?
Where do you get the little lanyard clips? I've been wanting to get some, but half the ones I see seem like total trash, and the one on the right looks perfect.Couple custom Peaks arrived. Both 519a 4500k. Told Robyn I wanted a custom SS or Ti model with no knurling. She sent this model. Can't tell if it's Ti or SS. Waiting on response. It seems very lightweight. Either way, excellent lights

I went with their neutral warm because Malkoff's M91BN has made me fall in love with Cree's high CRI emitters, haha.I'm not sure where these came from. Found them attached to other items I had around the house. Go on Amazon and search for "paracord snap ends" there's all kinds
Peak Eigers are the only AAA, USA made, potted, duel fuel lights I can think of, that's why I enjoy them
What led did you go with?
Yeah, I might reach out to Robyn about it. I've been thinking of buying two of them unconnected to a Logan, so I can just have some sleeves from my Malkoffs. IIRC, she said it has an 14mm and 16mm sleeve per set.Never bought the Delrin kit, I think Peak will offer that kit for extra $ with their Logan 17500View attachment 65527
I happen to have a Logan and a Delrin kit on hand. What would you like to know about it?…
A completely random question, since we're on Peak...you ever buy the Logan delrin kit? Since Overready seems to NEVER restock the sleeves, I'm half tempted to pick up two kits with my next order from Peak, assuming I can stack the sleeves. They're not a perfect fit for an 18mm tube, but better 1mm rattle than like 2-4mm.
What sizes does it accommodate? I know it will do an AA and a CR132/16340, but is there another sleeve?I happen to have a Logan and a Delrin kit on hand. What would you like to know about it?
Hmm, it seems I was mistaken about what parts I have. The adapter for the 14500 in the set I have on hand is not what came from Peak. Sorry but I'm not able to directly answer your question, but here's a photo of the two stock adapters (16340 on the left, 10440 on the right). The overall length of the cell and adapter does match that of a 14500 battery on its own. So it's possible it would just be a sleeve without a shelf and brass slug. I would email Robyn directly to be sure. What sizes does it accommodate? I know it will do an AA and a CR132/16340, but is there another sleeve?
More importantly, if someone were to buy TWO of those kits, could they stack the sleeves and use them in a longer body (e.g. use two of the sleeves to run 2xAA in an MD3)? I know they're 17mm sleeves, but a 17mm sleeve still fits better than running two 14500s in an 18mm tube.
I know the Overready sleeves have a "shelf" on one end to "capture" the positive side of the cells (so, they're more of an open top inverted cup), but if these are just a straight tube, that would be maybe perfect for stacking.
Wow, thanks for the pictures. That's actually a lot different than I was expecting (I was thinking something more a la the Overready ones).Hmm, it seems I was mistaken about what parts I have. The diameter of the adapters are 16mm.
