So, who is using a NiteCore EX 10 as an EDC?

Do you have it attached to your keys?
Do you think it is to big?
How or rather what sort of device are you using to hook your keys onto it?

I would love to see pictures of everyone's set up!

Ok, I changed the thread title.
I know it is absurd, but I really don't know where to go buy little keyring thing-a-ma-bobs. Where do pepel find them?

It comes with a lanyard with a lobster claw. You can get small split rings in the fishing section of any store with a outdoors section. I favor using swivel snaps for smaller items. The arts and crafts aisle of Hobby Lobby or Micheal's is also a good place for regular snaps. Paracord is sold in a multitude of places, both online and in sporting goods and army surplus stores.

Do they sell these at Wal-Mart?

Yes, usually at the automotive checkout counter with the other keychain paraphernalia.

Most any place that cuts keys will also sell them, among many others.

I actually like the size of the D10 better as an edc, clipped. Both are a little too big for keychains in my opinion...

I carry mine in a holster, Ripoffs CO-192. It fits the Fenix holsters well also.

For the keyring I have the Fenix E01 which replaced the LOD CE which kept coming on or coming apart in my pocket, hasn't happened one time with the E01.

Here is my EX10 Cree, EX10 GDP, and D10:

I just finished adding tritium vials to them today as a matter of fact:

do you save any money if you buy the trit and slotted piston seperately and then glue it in yourself? Can you trade in your old piston and save some money?

Where's a good place to get a trit vial that fits in the piston now-a-days?

I sometimes use my EX10 as an EDC. I alternate it with my Ra 120E. Both will be clipped in my right pants pocket.
