5 Mega 4 x 26500 body. This has a D size head, uses a D size switch. Accepts 4 C Primary/NiMH or LiIon/LiFePO 26500 size batteries. It has a few blemishes on the bottom of the tail cap, other than that I can't find a mark on it. Highest quality fit and unbelievable finish.

This host now has a stock M@G switch installed, the leads you see coming out of the front are from a previously installed switch.
