I have this exact setup.. killer!
I bought a linger special from nailbender the other day which created the ultimate flood monster. 500 lumen of back yard lighting goodness

If you split the cells Id like a chance.

swrdply400mrelay -How did you charge the C cells?

I just use a home made adaptor to fit in my 18650 cell charger with two wires on each end to attached to the + - of the "C" battery. They will charge with any lith charger.

I use my pila charger (700mA) with some jumper wires and magnets.
