This was my first attempt at removing HA before I found out about sodium hydroxide so I used a grinder on it. Knurling is almost totally gone on the head but there's nothing wrong with the tail pack. I've installed a UCL, 17mm IMS reflector and tweaked the current to 667ma. The led is a TWOJ. Nice and bright. Works perfectly except for the cosmetic damage.

Tha tailpack knurling is different though. In my other LS the diamonds are raised with the lines sunk while it's the opposite with this one. I hope I described it correctly.
