Sold/Expired SOLD Malkoff 16.5mm Head w/ High Low Ring

Head is in excellent condition. Two tiny pin pricks of anodizing missing. I couldn't photograph one of them. I'd like $47 shipped in USA. Will consider trades for Elzetta parts.
