Hi all,
Tonights feature is a Surefire E1 Backup🙂
Host is mint black E1B with the 2 way belt clip.
3 mode driver
XM-L U2 LED

I decided for the driver on this one to use a circuit with a 1.4A max so that any standard Li-ion could be used rather than having to use IMR, thus giving longer more usable run time. These XM-Ls still just blow me away. Even at 1.4A the effect is 😱 The U2 bin is rated at an astounding 300 lumens at only 700ma! The typically low VF of these LEDs also tends to keep the current up for longer periods of time VS other similar LEDs like SST-50.
Here's an indoor shot on LOW ( ISO set to 80 for beam shots)

High

The driver is 3 mode and they are evenly spaced, but my camera didn't discern that well hence only the 2 beam shots.
Price is 169$ shipped!SOLD
