First::
Just because some schmo prints a Shipping Label doesn't mean the item actually shipped.
The moment USPS or UPS ect. scans it in, then & only then will a 'Item Shipped' email generated
Second::
'In Stock' means you actually have the item on hand,,, NOT that you might be able to get it from somewhere else, after you have my money.
This bs about not updating inventory excuse sellers/vendors spurt while holding your money,, then say "Would you like something else?"
There needs to be some monetary punishment or similar to offenders of this loophole.
These two are somewhat related, but not exclusively__
