We have a weird fixation with eating "baby" things. Veal, lamb, balut, baby octopus, baby clams, "baby" corn, "baby" carrots, all manner of SPROUTS, baby back ribs, suckling pig...we be some screwed up creatures.

**also as much as I like fried chicken, industry grown fryers are barely 2 months old, usually 3-5 weeks old.

^I hadn't thought of that before, but you're right. Corn, carrots, sprouts, baby back ribs are as far as I've gone that I know of. ...yet anyway.

When you start looking at the food industry, in the US anyway, it gets pretty ugly. But baby veggies are terribly good.
