Hi all
I want to make some floating pool lights- can anyone suggest some CHEAP drivers that will give me a few hours of moderate output from 2 alkalines (shudder) or 2.4v from 2 Eneloops (not sure how hard i will try to make them waterproof). Aiming to use some XP-Gs lying around..
I really want to keep it below $10 each if I can. Or less is better!
Thanks all

Red (2.2vf) you can direct-drive on two cells with a resistor.

The other colors, if you're willing to switch to single-cell, can be driven with nothing more than a ZXLD381 and an inductor of a suitable size for the amount of output you want. Well under $10.

Thanks very much mate
