- Thinking of planning a BBQ/Beam-Shooting/Light photo meet up or GTG some weekend this summer in the Southern Ontario, Canada, Area. ( probally near my small town just 40 minutes north of Toronto, in a darker area way from the city light pollution, better for the beam shots and photography of the Beam shots.
Right now i was thinking of getting a weekend/evening meet up with local Flashaholics & Light enthusiasts in the area to gather for maybe a BBQ / Beamshoot photography after dark, to see how it goes if there is interest.)
I had the idea of bringing my RV to a local recreational Parking area near a Conversation area where some great Beam-shoots could be set up done.
We could to a BBQ dinner, chat about our lights & collections,
then do a Flashlight/torch Beam shoot /photo shoot after the sun sets from the same area.
I would gladly plan the meet, and arrange permissions from the local Park to do the meet, supply the tripods, DSLR camera gear, BBQ supplies, etc. All interested people would have to do is attend and bring your Lights & steaks.
Anyone in this area have any thoughts on this ? Are there enough Flashaholics/Flashlight enthusiasts in the southern Ontario Ares would be interested in such a meet up ?
Updates: once we can get atleast 8 definite interests, i will set the plans in motion. Pass the word around to the Ontario locals !
