Nice Dicaeopolis, although my neutral g2's are not sportac, they are a nice bit of light OTF. Off the top of my head, i cant think of any drop in(sportac triple 219) thats took more of a beating over the years. Of course though, anything can stop working or break(cheap or expensive). Hopefully yours will be as tough as mine(have several but only beat on 2 of them). Most of my sportacs are also fuelled on 16650(surefire hosts).

Finally, I've got mine and i like it a lot. It reminds me of Malkoff drop-ins. But i don't like donut hole on HI version in close range...
That means i'll have to buy HD also :))))

Just tried mine close up(in md2 host) and no doughnut hole at all, i mean crazy close like 1" away from wall close. Nothing, even where most LED's show a doughnut hole............strange!

My bad, wasn’t specific on the hole... it has classic corona around the hotspot specific for dedomed emitters. That’s what bothers me and that’s what i meant actually.
Not the classic doughnut hole...[emoji51][emoji51]

I liked mine so much I bought another for a different host. I will say the host matters somewhat. The circuitry of the Syrefire 6p does make a noticeable difference in brightness over the solar force L2.
