Last night I noticed that I lost the high output mode, it cycle thru low, medium, low. I took the batteries out and after that it went back to normal. Did you guys have been thru the same situation or I am the only one?

Not with this light. But I had it a few weeks ago, with my Fenix TK76. Charged the batteries again, and works as normal, now.

Only have this light for about a week and in the few times that I used it, did not have this issue. When I was playing with this light and tried to change modes, the light went out and couldn't turn it back on. After taking out the batteries and put them back in, it worked fine again. I realized I must have locked it somehow.

There is a lock feature. I read about it in the user manual. I think you hold button down for couple of seconds and it is in travel mode. Hold it again to reverse to normal

correct by presing the button for more than 3 sec the light will be locked out, mine was not and it was only med and low
