i want to ask why all the multi-modes drivers i got from dx or kaidomain have sticky modes?

i mean when i am in low, i tap the switch, and its still low, tap again, still low, tap again, medium...

its suppose to be low-mid-high-low-mid-high....
not low-low-mid-mid-mid-high-high

what could be the problem? did i overheat and damage something while soldering the drivers? i removed the switch and use wires instead but its still the same, so i think its not the switch problem.

Driver is just sensitive to the click speed ...
You click but it does not change modes , but rather remains in the same mode , I have several like that . If your life does not depend on the changing of modes , dont worry about it . Or experiment with the click speed , faster or slower , one or the other should work , or you can actually try another clicky switch , bend to the will of the light , or bend it to your will !

lol i tried faster and slower clicks , but seems like its not the issue. its rather annoying to know my favorite light is not 'perfect'

my other lights from big manufacturers like jetbeam and dereelight don't have this problem.

I have one that likes a really slow click , hold down for 2-3 seconds .
Otherwise it just might be a crabby driver ..
