I'm wondering what the proper storage procedure is for SLA batts? I assume it would be the same for 6V or 12V batts? I have several 12V 7ah ones as well as a 12v deep cycle marine battery and a couple of 6v 5ah batts.
None of them get used over the winter months, approx. 6 months storage and the deep cycle only gets used a couple of times a year. I just purchased a 12v battery maintainer similar to a battery tender figuring it would be used on the deep cycle battery for long periods of non use.
Any help would be appreciated.
