Streamlight TL-4?

Most everybody who has owned a Streamlight TL-3 has liked it. The throw is amazing. My question now is, why SL does not make a TL-4. They would give SF a run for their money. Hey SL engineers, get to work!

2x18650 can provide much more power than 4 primary 123A while they are both same length.
Mostly primary cells are good for military use because cost is not an issue and not many flashaholics like to use them.
