Hi all...ok lets get this straight I know nothing bout amps volts watts and the lark...so heres the q?...could i use r123s 3.7v in the streamlight tl3 with a wa 1166 11.6v lamp...if this is a stupid question ...hey dont blame me i did say i know nothing ...thanks all for any input ...

No answers guys???..I was hoping you flashaholics could help me ..i dont know if this combination would work still...still got these r123's sitting round being wasted when i need them to produce some lumens for me...thanks all.

I almost certain it wont fit. You might try the ca1499 it is rated at 350 lumens (per fivemega)and will handle the voltage fine. The question might be wheither the 123s could
put out enough to power it. I seriouly doubt that the rechargable 123's could powere a 1166.

1166 won't fit in TL-3
Even if you make it fit, there will be too much stress for R123s and voltage drop will cause dim light output in short time.
You can use 1499 with 2 Pila 150S.

if you can wait until litio123 send me some WA bulbs i will say you how work the 1166 and the 1314 in the TL-3 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
