Sub-C NiMH low self-discharge cells?

Is there a place to get Sub-C sized NiMH cells with a low discharge rate? I rebuild quite a few power tool batteries, and I've been using NiCD, as they hold up better than the NiMH ones. However, I'd love to try building one out of the low self discharge NiMH ones, as the NiCD packs are usually dead within 1 to 2 months, and need charging before I can start on the next project.
