Dear all, Happy New Year! ❤️ As we step into new 2025, we're filled with excitement to make this year even brighter, and want to hear from you. For example, what new products, features, or innovations would you like to see? Any suggestions for improvements, events,or collaborations?
Your feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated! They will help us grow better. Welcome to share your thoughts in the comments below. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for asking our opinion on your successful company.

I just ordered your PB2SCL from XTAR Direct. One reason I picked it was because the voltage is displayed prominently on the readout.

Perhaps you will consider making a 2 bay charger that will charge all kinds of batteries and have the voltage easy to read. Certainly having percentage is good but mAH readings are not important for many of us.

Likewise the testing function; you already have some fine chargers that can do that, but keeping this charger simpler seems like it would appeal to the more average user.

Having automatic amperage charging is nice, but it would be good to be able to choose between 1/4, 1/2, 1, and 2A when we might want to slow things down for battery longevity.

Also it is hoped you can offer a feature that allows us to set 50% or 80% termination voltages.

Thanks for considering this!

Another vote for such a 2-Bay charger as mentioned above.
Currently, one of your competitors has something like that already.... But it's a very old model that takes a long time to charge up batteries and is not USB-C compatible.

  • Maybe using a bit longer springs? So the tension in them varies between 20% - 90% and not between 0% - 100%.
  • A menu option to charge the cell's in the lights that are not in your daily rotation to 3.6V-3.7V (much like LiPoFe4).
  • An option (that can be disabled) to sound a buzzer when a (dis)charging or testing activity in any bay has ended.
But whatever you do: don't skip the Zero-Volt capabilities. I like that a lot because it also revives "dead" NiMH batteries!

Thank you for asking. In addition to the suggestions of others, which I also agree with, I would like to see more options for full-featured chargers that are compatible with 1.5 V Li-ion cells.

Unless I'm mistaken, you only have two, and the more robustly featured charger goes in and out of production.

It would be great to have a charger/tester that does everything for 1.5v Li-ions we can do with 3.7V Li-ions. As in long term storage charge-discharge, capacity test, grade (refresh), etc. Right now the market is lacking.
