Super Charger?

So I've been trying to search for info on charger that will "do it all". Needless to say as a noob I'm a bit lost. I'd like something that would charge/condition etc. which I would also use for RCs. I have some idea, but If money were not an object, within reason, would there be a hands down winner, or is it still subjective, and based on specific needs/wants?
