I have it set to charge at 1.0 amps right now for the pack... 9x2300mah batts......any experts out there with some tips?

Its just the charge rate itself is completely left up to the user... 0 to 5 amps....

When it trips out at the 1.2 amp charging rate, what do you read for Vi? What are you using for a power supply? A 1 amp charge rate should be fine for 2.3 Ah cells. Tom

DarkLight Enlightened Joined Jan 13, 2005 Messages 538 Location Elkhart,IN Feb 15, 2005 #6 charges fine its kicking out on PACK DISCHARGE..... I am using a 18ah 12v sla for power, fresh from the trickle.. Charges just fine...just on the discharge cycle its generating too much heat... I guess.
