I am looking for a holster that will accommodate either SF 6P or 9P or even 2x18650 body (can I call it 12P?)

Here is a good bezel-up holster. I only worry about the sensitive clicky turning on in the bezel-up mode of carry.

Here is another Bianchi. Not too bad but again I would prefer bezel-down and the whole lite covered in case of rain.

Now this here looks interesting. Does the lite stay put in the holster or can it slide out?

Concealco looks most promising as it's actually bezel-down, any other holsters to consider? Does this Concealco holster wear out the finish of the lite?

Nope, that's exactly what I don't, one of these polymer tactical devices.

I don't want it to be visible but hidden in the holster. For discretion and secondly, to protect against sun, rain, etc.

I dont know if you are looking duty use or everyday use but Ive had great luck with the Gould 6P holster.

I suppose it depends on why you want/need to carry a 6P discreetly? The 6P is generally considered to be on of Surefire's workhorse light's and not idealy suited to discreet carry unless it is in a large trouser or jacket pocket. The Surefire V70 is (IMHO) one of the best and most versatile holsters ever made for the 6P. The light can be carried bezel up or down and more importantly can be removed from the V70 easily and reholstered without fumbling. This is, for many people, an essential requisite for a belt carried worklight. The Blackhawk holster is also another candidate for secure but easily accessed light. The negatives as defined by you are the lack of discretion and the exposure of the light to the environment. The highlighted nylon holsters you have listed would seem as good a choice as any and are possibly slightly more durable than Surefire equivalents although that is conjecture on my part. If you are seeking maximum protection for the 6P then nothing will prevent it eventually showing signs of wear and tear as it is only type 11 anodised and isn't immune from scratching and minor loss of anodising at bezel etc. The Concealco leather holsters are very highly regarded by those who own and use them and I would imagine limit any undue wear on the bezel due to the relatively soft surface of the leather. Good luck with your search and let us know on your choice and why?

I too carry a Surefire 6P als EDC in their V70 holster (with the metal clip). The light is secured and mostly shielded from the elements. Depending on your typ of clothing it can be either discretly carried or in plain sight. In my case, Jeans and button-down shirt for the office just don't help concealing it,but I am an open flashaholic ;) .

I carried a G2/6P in a comptac Kydex holster (bezel down) for a long time in suit and tie and worked great...i actually miss that holster....

Thats it bud.....ive had quite a few and that was one of the best holsters for the G2/6P in my opinion....i use pocket clips now...but am still looking to get another comptac used...

I carried a 6P and/or a M2 for years bezel up on my gunbelt. Sun and rain were never an issue. Now I carry a Malkoff MD2 bezel up, no problems with the elements. Just sayin.
