C2 (with emerson knife)
E2D

Are there any other black HA lights by Surefire that I missed?

E2D, but I guess that you didn't count it as an option since it is only available in black HA.

Somebody sold a black HA KL1 head in B/S/T last week.

You can assemble a black L4 as well (an e2d with a Scout Light head is the combination a SF rep showed me - it was his personal light).

Yes, the ScoutLights are Black HA.

The KL1 and KL4 bezels can be had in black HA [for the ScoutLight]

The 8AX and 9AN are available in Black HA. The KT3 is too.
The KT5 collar is HA but the TurboHead itself is not.

The Kroma is Black HA.

The X200A and X200B are Black HA.
