I had ordered LED torch from Surefire almost a month ago. I had shown the torch to a colleague at work and they wanted to order one. I showed him the Surefire website. While we were looking at the information regarding the torch, I noticed that a lanyard was included with said torch. I never received the lanyard. I called Surefire on the spot. With out any hesitation they sent me a lanyard out in today's mail. It pays to spend a little extra cash to get a high quality torch and in return you get 1st class customer service. What more can I say… :twothumbs

Same here, i had a G2 not too long ago and i noticed there was some bit of oil on the reflecting surface. I called my dealer( authorised surefire dealer) and they changed it for me straight away:eek:
