Surefire E1B/E2DL Emitter

I would like to know that too...

And I would know, please, if they use the exactly same head ? (Size, TIR, capacity of throw, etc)

in a PM inquiring about getting an E1B he(milky) told me that they seem to be Q5
disappointed i ran out of money due to tuition so couldn't buy one from him.

They use the same TIR so you end up with the same beam profile in all the newer Surefire E heads (E1B, KX1, KX2, E2DL head). The only difference is how much light comes out and which will run off rechargeables.

Using regular batteries only: KX1, E1B
Using rechargeable RCR123 3.7 v (one or two): KX2, E2DL head

The KX1 & KX2 heads are low first, then high.
The E1B & E2DL heads are high first, then low.

Thank you a lot, ttran!
Definitely, my next Surefire will be the E2DL.
It will be my first 2xCR123 light!
