You can check the Dealers' Corner forum here on CPF for a preorder thread from Tactical Supply. Other dealers have similar things going on.
But, no, Kromas generally have not been released into the wild yet. Depending on the dealer and when they placed their orders with SureFire, availability dates have been variously given from September of this year to early next year.

P.S. There is still one spot left on the Tactical Supply preorder thread's first shipment of 50 Kroma Milspecs (bed, blue, yellow-green, infrared, and the white main beam). That would be one of the fastest ways to get the light, to take that #50 slot.

wow, you can order the milspec ones? I didn't know that. Cool!!! Those are the ones IMO that are usefull over the other normal blue/red one..
