Surefire part no. help

13703-1 I know it is a pyrex bezel but for what?
12708-11 It is a LOTC but for what?
Is the part no. Z31 the same LOTC that is on the new style 6P?

the z41 is the LOTC, the Z31 might be a non LOTC.

I'm not sure what 13703-1 and 12708-11 is off the top off my head, i have to go home and look that up.
