Barely used. Has been in my glovebox since purchased, so there is some light ano wear / marks from rubbing against other items in the glovebox, but no dents or dings. Easily the toughest light in my collection! Runs on CR123 primaries or 16340 Li-Ions.​

Hey mate,

No current module in the C2 - its just a host.

I was using an Oveready DIP large Optic module. Cell I used was an unprotected Samsung or LG (?) 18650 from several years ago. Don't have any "current gen" high capacity 18650 cells to test, but protected 18650s don't fit (just tested one).

Yes this C2 is still available.

No I am not selling the Oveready drop in.

The C2 fits all your typical P60 drop-ins, so you'd have a huge amount of choice to purchase from.

Any idea what the color temp is on that Preon?

It's a bit warmer compared to a malkoff cool white module of that era. I'm going to guess 5500k or so?

I read an early review by Selfbuilt that described the tint as "premium" cool white. No Kelvin rating was provided for Gen 1 Preons.
