Tactical torch with holster

Hi,

First post and I'm searching for a tactical torch with holster. I'm a law enforcement officer in Australia and looking for a torch which can be worn on my accoutrement belt.

Things I am looking for are:
Price under $100
More lumens the better as I work around seaports/wharves/coastline and I need quite a bit of range.
Prefer no longer than 15cm in length
Type of battery is not important
Worn using a holster
Place of purchase is not important
