I could do with some advice. My Olight M1T Raider is a flashlight I leave in the car so it doesn't get looked at very often. I noticed today that the tailcap action is stiff and slow moving as if from lack of lubrication or something. There seems to be no obvious way to disassemble it to look at the mechanism. Its out of warranty and frankly I don't like it enough to interact with Olight themselves.

Does anyone have any ideas to fix this?

Im not to familiar with this light but from a picture I found on google it looks like there is a little gap near the contact you could spray some lubricating oil into. Work the switch back and forth several times . I would avoid WD40 as it will make the switch boot swell. I have used Seafoam Deep Creep on other lights and have not noticed the boot swelling.
