task led drivers in aleph 2 head, possible?

Anyone out there tried this? I currently have an aleph 2(the most useful edc beam I've seen so far!)/wiz2-520 riding atop a vital gear fb-1 (pocket clip!) and I use li-ion r123's to run it. I'd like to end up with the same configuration but use a driver that will allow different light levels using the vg fb-1 switch. If I could do this I would finally have my perfect edc. Comments? Suggestions?
