Tec20 for $3.83 and Tec Impact for $6.83

I get $8.83 for the Tec20 and $14.83 for the Tec Impact. Am I doing something wrong?

They show up at these prices when you put them in your cart, but revert back to the displayed prices when you go to checkout.
