The two cells do not match in capacity, because it is protected cell they can still be used in series.

The protection is higher than 7A, I will guess at around 8 to 9A, as can be seen in my test one protection tripped during a 7A discharge and they both tripped immediately when I tried a 10A discharge.

I am not really happy about these batteries, capacity is a bit low and they are different, but then they are much better than many of the old generation 18350 (<=700mAh types) and they are protected.
