There is not much capacity in the cell, they two cells do not match and cannot deliver much current.

The first clue is the ridiculous capacity rating. Not realistic numbers. Anyone looking for any battery can easily find the realistic capabilities for most any battery with a little quick research. Do just a little homework and you probably won't get ripped off.
