Sanyo UR18650SA 1200mAh (Red)
Official specifications:
A old fairly high current cell with low capacity (Datasheet is marked 2008).
The discharge charts looks good, capacity is constant at any current and the two cells matches.
Conclusion
This is an older high current cell for tools, the last 10 years has improved cells significantly.
Notes and links
Vapcell told me that I was missing some cells in my comparator and they would be happy to supply them.
How is the test done and how to read the charts
How is a protected LiIon battery constructed
