In the past few months, I've probably bought in excess of 200 flashlights. A few decent, but for the most part, something to look at and give to a person that it will use it.
The fauxtons are a clear winner. I think I bought out Lighthound and DX is backed up. I followed the rules and gave everybody two. I just need more.
Next, everybody wants a Streamlight Nano. I also bought all of those that Lighthound had. There was some concern about interruption of service since the hurricane in Texas, but my order made it in 48 hrs to Michigan.
After that, it would be a tie between Fenix EO1 and the Gerber Ultra Infinity. E01 on a girl's keychain and a GUI clipped onto a jacket pocket seems to be what I see. At least with the people I give flashlights to.
Your recommendations have been superb. As the days grow shorter, the appreciation grows. For Christmas, I'm thinking about Multi-mode Ultrafires. Not top of the line, but good for about 7 years in your glove box.
Anyways, thanks, you flashlight guys are awesome!
