Hello All,
Ramping up to build some lights this fall and would really like to use the LiFePO4 18650 battery that is becoming available. Are there any out there that have the "normal" battery nipples stock?
Considering that LiFePO4 cells run at 3.2V, what would be the best charger to use that will shut off after they are fully charged (3.80V)? My point is to use a much lighter and simpler pack than 8AA to 2D although those remain options as needed for runtime.
Are there any LiFePO4 cells that have a protection curcuit to prevent overcharge or voltage dropping under 2.0 volts? Any help would be appreciated and have a great CPF day!
