+1. I've been using dc-fix on a neutral (4000K) Hound Dog for a couple of weeks, and I'm not sure why I would ever need to buy another Wildcat. With an extra clear window/lens, it's like having two lights in one.

Ya kinda there with you. I have it on my 9P/m61 and dam thing covers my whole back yard. Tonight I’m going to put some on my 91. See what she does.

search DCFix onHome Depot’s site. You want the “Milky”. It’s $10 for a roll that will last you the rest of your life and then some.

That DC-fix is great stuff. Only been using it a few months on some of my Malkoff lights. It’s makes for a very floody beam with not a lot of loss of output.

If you’ve ever used a flood version zebralight the “beam pattern” is very very similar
I missed this yesterday, just to update this thread, I've actually asked Gene about M61/ M91 dropins with the White 1 and White 2 (colloquially), he neither confirmed nor denied plans for one with these emitters, but did confirm that a new M61 line would be in the works.
I really hope for an M61HOT M91 HOT with the W2 emitter. If that doesn't happen naturally which I'm pretty confident the other ones will, we will certainly be organizing a group buy for one. I mean, of course, anyone can arrange a GB, but I also don't think anything would happen now anyways given what has been hinted at, among other crazy world things.

I think white 1 is the black flat white, white 2 is the flat white and flat white 2.1 is the latest one. I think so.

I’d choose W1 for sure (M61/91). In bigger reflectors i’d go with W2.
