You may be right... Both are better than one! Not this week, however. I see the lunasol at 75-85 lumens with nice color and a beautiful low being more useful for me about 85% of the time. Sneaking around the house in the morning without waking anyone, identifying wire colors at work without getting a tan... Big lights for bigger jobs, although the Haiku looks so nice!!! does anyone know of compatability between the lunasol20 head and a McClicky body? (I really like the McClicky...)

Scout, you're right, I also reasoned that the LS is more practical for my needs right now. And then there's my minister of finance to consider.......

But it still hurts.

Walk up to the beach
Wait for Haiku wave to crash
Is it afternoon?

Call in sick, due to sudden and severe anticurriculatory symptoms. Diminished ability to focus on teaching goals or learning outcomes requires immediate return to 1960's curriculum free pedagogics. Students respond by developing self-motivation, critical thinking skills and greater self-discipline, everybody is happy, AND you can try to order the Haiku

This is so perfect!
You are right on the money!
Thank God it's over.

i do love my work,
But not when it interferes
Getting a haiku!

We are still waiting
For this bright bit of sunshine
To enlighten us!

Very nice light Don, I guess my first post should be in this forum. :twothumbs

Welcome aboard Dan. 😀

Don, now that this wave is over, please don't name your next light "The Ballet", we don't need a lot of pictures or videos of people in tutu's. :ohgeez::poke::ohgeez:

Ah, just another benefit of living in Hawaii.

Got the light in today and it is much better looking in person. Great machining on all parts.

Throw with the McR17 is much better than I thought. Of course pumping out all those lumens doesn't hurt performance.

Looking good so far!
