Thermally Accelerated Degradation Test

Does anyone know how to extrapolate the data from an acceleated lifetime test (at 85 degrees C) so that it equates to room temperature values? We're doing experimental work on high power 280 nm deep ultraviolet LEDs. Thanks

280nm? Definitely a Museum item if I ever saw one.

Can't help on the thermal curve though. I'm no mathemetician or statitstician. :-/

In the absence of specific knowledge of the degradation mechanisms, threshold energies, blah, blah, blah, a rule of thumb that is often used is a doubling of degradation rate for each 10C rise in temp.
