Thrunite TH-10 clone at Ali Express?

I like the Thrunite TH-10, so I found the clone at Ali Express interesting:

Any thoughts on this or the TH-10? The clone is intended as a bike light, rather than a headlamp, so no band. Any idea if it's possible to find or DIY a band that would work?
