PC MAG has done an article on extensions for the Firefox browser.
After looking it over I decided to post the link because some
of the extensions noted are pretty cool and there seems to be a
little something for everyone there.

The article

There are direct links to the various extensions are on the right
hand side of the page, if you don't want to go through each one.

one of the extensions I use the most is the close tab extension which adds "close tab" to the right click context menu allowing me to close that particular tab by right clicking on the page anywhere not on a link or picture. I also tried a cards extension to check out spider solitaire which windows 98 doesn't have.

They forgot the Bugmenot extension. I use this frequently since I browse news sites pretty often, and a lot of them require that you register before you can actually read the article. This extension populates the available User ID and Passwords for the relevant site in the login page without you actually having to register.

I have to admit I dl Firefox the day they announced it but since haven't downloaded any extensions. I am going to try some of these.

Make sure and get adblock for sure, I enjoy being able to block annoying flashing banners and flash ads, makes loading pages on dialup nearly as fast as DSL with ads.
