Torch for bike

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for best torch that I can use mostly on night rides with bike. I want to use AA batteries, and strobe mode. Price would be under 20$

You want the Romisen RC-N3 from DX, that has strobe and is pretty cheap for some good solid build quality and decent output. In the main picture it looks short, but extends to 2x AA, that is the best you will get at that budget in my opinion.

I have 2 coleman LED's with two custom mounts(1 is a 144 lumen,the other is 90 lumen)...less than $50 for both lights and mounts and I light up the night...
this is just the start of my commuter,I currently have 7 items on order and am getting 2 KNOG BOOMERS for the rear to compliment my current blinky...
