Triple Luxeon Rebel Star lens

Just wondering if the army of CPF has seen any lens for the triple rebel star? I can't seem to find anything but seeing as there are tons of members here someone may have better luck. Thanks in advance. Was looking on making a small 500lm+ helmet light.

I've got the same 'problem'.

I have a few Ledil 5-Rebel MR11 optics laying around, but no PCB to be found that can mount 5 Rebels (the patern left aside)..
