Trustfire 1200 battery issue

Just got the trustfire 1200 today batterys are charging at el moment,

One problem I have tho is because there are no instructions, I don't know what way round the batterys go into the unit,

the reason i ask is because I am wary of damaging the LEDs if inwas to put the battery in the wrong way round



Immagine the torch on the desk upright, standing vertical on the it's head, does the pointy end or flat end of the battery go in face down

The pointy side(+) faces down. It must point towards the head of the light and the flat side(-) towards the Tail.

Also, the tail cap must have a spring, which should press against the flat end of the battery.

Congrats on the TR-1200! :twothumbs Once you get it ready to go it just takes a really quick half-press on the tailcap switch to cycle through each of the 5 modes.
