If you do some searching you can find just the light for even less. Around $140 +/- ???

Andreas, I think this package includes a dive knife and another UK light as well as the Light Cannon. The dive light alone is $140+ , the knife can be anywhere from $40-$$$(my uncle just bought one for $90(and there were ones that were several hundred)) , and the other little incan. is probably at least $30.
