Ok guys I bought the Ultrafire 602C Q5 5-Mode wich is discussed on another post and I also bought a Rayovac 3 watt AA flashlight.
The rayovac haves good output with (2) 1.2v 2200mAh batteries, but i tested the led with a 3.6v source and I got much better light output, so I decided to take apart my new Ultrafire 602C and installe dthe led from the rayovac , now I have small size and 3v or 3.6v depending on the battery I use.
On the rayovac i will be installed the Q5 cree led and I will modify the inside diameter of the flashlight to hold (1) 18650 battery (3.7v 2400mAh) better than a 3.6v CR123A (800-1000mAh)

Ultrafire Q5 602C and RAYOVAC 3watt flashlights.
Ultrafire 602C with 3watt RAYOVAC LED
The output is way better than on the rayovac housing the light is HID 8000k color (blueish/purpleish) now I have to see how long does it last.
Next step would be during the week, I have a CNC at work and I have to order the 18650 battery and charger.
