For anybody who's run a multi-mode handlebar mount light, have you have issues with the light switching modes on its own?
I have a Ultrafire C1, which I've been playing with as a possible replacement for my L1Tv2.0Q2 for the winter (mostly for the strobe feature) but it just loves to switch modes when I hit bumps! This suprises me only a little, since my RockShox Dart 1 does get REALL stiff at temps below 30F, but it also has springs on both the tailcap as well as the drive board (in other words, both pos. and neg. contacts are springs). The rcr123 AW cells fit good with a sheet of paper inside and shaking the light in my hand produces no mode change or noise.
Any ideas? I have no issue sticking with my L1T for a h-bar light; it works perfectly for my commuting. I would like the strobe feature for winter weather, though.
