UltraFire C3 CREE replacing rubber tail cap?

Picked up one of these for my boy for Christmas, he liked it on screen, but wished it had a glow in the dark tail cap...sooo I ordered some from DX, but how do I replace it? forgive me if this is the wrong forum...Steve

Can you post pics of the tail cap? Inside and out.

There are two small indentions 180 degrees apart inside the tailcap. Stick something into them (needle nose pliers work well) and unscrew the guts. It is then obvious how to continue.

I use two jeweler's screwdrivers (tiny heads) crossed over each other in an X. Put each head in a hole, grab the middle and twist. You can use two nails as well.
